ORDERING & RETURNS

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately not, our orders are sent directly for processing to ensure our turnaround times are as super speedy as can be. Please review your order carefully to ensure you are happy before placing so we can start making it straight away!

Can I amend or add to my order?

As we have already started processing your order, we sadly are unable to swap your selections once the order has been placed. However, if you’d like to add to your existing order, we are happy to facilitate where possible, please contact us to arrange this and confirm your combined shipping eligibility.

If you need to update your shipping address, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order so we can update your details accordingly.

Can I change my mind?

As our products are made to order, we do not offer returns where you have simply changed your mind or made a wrong selection. Please carefully consider your purchase before placing your order, and contact us if you would like to discuss any questions you may have.

Order Discrepancies or Defects

We take great care to inspect your order before it leaves us to ensure it meets our high standards. In the rare event your artwork is defective or not representative of your selected item, please report it to us within 5 working days with along with a photo of the fault so we can organize your replacement or credit.

 

SHIPPING

What is your lead time?

As each artwork is made-to-order right here in Australia, once we receive your order we process, hand-craft and ship within 10 working days. Of course due to circumstances beyond our control this may rarely be longer – but we will always contact you to advise if there are any delays.

How long does delivery take?

Depending on your location, delivery times can range from next day up to 5-10 working days for more remote locations in this vast country of ours. We’ll update you with tracking information via email once your order has been shipped.

Will my artwork arrive safely?

All that pass-the-parcel we played as kids set us up to be the experts we are today at packaging things up nice and safe, with lots of layers. We’ve also hand-picked our trusty freight partners based on their impeccable care record to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. That said, we recommend that your order is opened and inspected upon receipt, as in the unlikely event of a breakage in transit, we require it to be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt of the goods via email to info@karibouartco.com.au.

Unfortunately, we are strictly unable to offer any replacements for breakages outside of this timeframe.

PO Boxes:

As you can imagine, picture frames don’t fit quite so neatly in your local postie’s mail bag! Instead, all of our framed artworks are entrusted to our faithful courier company, so we need a physical address to deliver it straight to your door! No PO Boxes, sorry!

*‘Australia-wide Free Shipping’ Disclaimer

Our ‘Free Shipping’ offer is conditional of the delivery address being included in the carriage network of our preferred Freight Supplier. If, in the unlikely circumstance that your order doesn’t fall within the extensive metropolitan and regional delivery network, we will get in touch to discuss your options. If you live remotely – ‘in the sticks’, of this big ol’ country of ours, feel free to get in touch and we can confirm your delivery availability.
